Yes. We run a quick “lift & land” process: Review each agreement’s assignment clause. Execute a simple Assignment & Assumption or Tri-Party Novation—all e-signed. Load the vendor into our 24 / 7 dispatch + reporting portal (your rates and warranties stay intact). If a transfer isn’t allowed, we manage the contract as your authorized agent until renewal.

We triage immediately when a request hits our system, then dispatch the closest qualified tech. Urban areas: arrival in ≈ 2–4 hours Rural areas: same-day (next-day at the latest)
